Just a few trail reminders:
1. Be safe - have basic first aid stuff.
2. Be prepared - if you can't help yourself, you can't help others. Be as prepared as you can.
3. If you can't see the jeep behind you, slow down. This keeps the group together and let's the lead know the pace.
