My air blower hasn't worked for several months. It worked sporadically for a while and eventually just stopped. I finally went to auto zone and bought a blow motor resistor, didn't help. Bought a new air control switch and didn't work. I noticed when I had dash apart that the power harness plugged in the back had melted a little and wasn't holding a tight connection. I googled the problem and ended up replacing the harness plugs with just 3 female ends. What I read said the problem with the TJ blower motor is that it pulls 22amps when only 15amps is needed... Making it melt. Anyone heard of this or have a fix? Just buy a new blower motor? Here is link to what I found. jeepair.com/faq/tj-wrangler-blower-harness-melted
