I been looking around the ole interweb and looking for a cb mount and being that in a welder and machinist well I built my own. It's on my 2012 jku with a Midland cb from walmart but it will work with any cb and antenna and it won't interfere with the rear view mirror. What do y'all think??? My Biggest Feat When I Die. Thanks now I'm going to get some wire and tuck the wires and coax cable in it to make it look neat

Looks good. We skipped a step and just screwed the cb bracket to the plastic header above windshield. Has held great so far.

I mounted mine to the tie down bracket where you put the strap when you let the windshield down and ran all the wires under the plastic above the windshield using the same torque screws . It doesn't rattle or anything so far we will see how it holds up.

This is where it's mounted on my tj It was from the kit they have on quadratec but it's very easy to make and can get you more details on the bracket if you'd like My Biggest Fear When I Die. Is That My Wife Will Sell My Jeep Parts For What I Told Her They Cost... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
