I'm about due a set of tires and was wondering what some of you guys thought on this. I like these toyos that are on it, but was just thinking about changing it up. These toyos weigh 80 lbs a piece. I am kind of leaning towards a set of pitbull rockers. They weight 84 lbs each. So 4 lbs heavier per tire. I though about maybe some km2's, but heard they are horrible on wet roads. Any suggestions?

I have a friend that had a set of pitbull rockers and he loved them thing he swore by them and they did great in the mud I can't speak for them as far as rocks but I see a lot if of folks that rock craw use them so they might be good for rock climbing too.

They say Mickey thompson is supposed to be one if the lightest tires on the market if you're looking to save rolling weight. Not verified just overheard that somewhere.

I just looked up the Micky Thompson MTZ's and their spec sheet says that they only weigh 70 lbs each. That's pretty light compared to the others I mentioned.

Goodyear MTR kevlars are the way to go. I've heard of several instances of them lasting 50,000 miles. I've already bought some in 35" even though I can't fit them yet. As for weight, the 35" variety weighs 67 pounds.

And I've heard the Mickey MTZ's don't last long at all.

I think I'm going to change it up a bit. New wheels. I'm trying to debate on some Fuel 20x12's or 20x14's. This is the wheel below that I'm thinking about going to. Mall krawler. Yes I know. I'm going to put a 37 A/T on them. What is ya'lls opinion on 12 wide vs 14 wide? This is 14" wide below.

The ones that are currently on there sit too far under the jeep. Very little lip. I'm wanting to widen the stance.

I think to 14's would look too deep I would go 12's with a better offset

Which ever ones I decide on, will not be used for wheeling. Mall krawling only. I'm going to try and sell the current 20's that are on it now and buy some 16 or 17 beadlocks and maybe a swamper.
