I don't know the brand, but my father in law left an electric one at my house for a couple months. Loved it! Nice not worrying about gas and everything else that could tear up... Just get over the fear of electricity and water.... Lol

I bought an electric 2000 PSI from JPERK. I love it. It has 2 jugs for different soap options with the twist of the dial. Not as strong as carwash but strong enough to knock that Alabama mud outta the cracks. It's all I need and no complaints.

I've been eyeballing the Husqvarna 3,300 psi from Lowe's for $799. I haven't dropped the ball yet though. Still waiting on funds.

Electric not quite as strong. But plenty to get the job done without the ongoing expenses...

I always use the electric diesel burner 4500 psi pressure washer from work with a 55 gal drum of industrial cleaner hooked up to it to wash my vehicles. It does wonders. Also peels paint. Have to be careful and not to get to close. It has happened before.

Electric is good, gas is better. Either will peel paint. Make sure to drain them in the winter or you'll be repairing them in the spring, if you leave them out in an unheated building during the winter. I don't know that brand really matters that much. I had a blue one from Lowes (I think), then a yellow one from somewhere else. Both were essentially the same. I think they were the same, just rebranded for the big box stores. I now have a gas powered one from Home Depot that I swear is the same as a different brand from Lowes.

I have a gas Craftsman PW and love it. They come in real handy for all kinds of projects. I think any of the basic ones will work fine for you.

If Shortbus isn't interested, I would probably be. A gas pressure washer is the 1st thing I told myself I was going to shop for after I got moved. I had an electric one that I used for about 7 yrs. Finally burnt it up cleaning up getting ready to move.
