I bought a 3/4 ton YJ to play in while I build the Juggy. It had 39.5" bigger that I changed to 37" mt's and put a spartan locker in the radius arm dana 44 and welded the rear 60. I broke an outer on the way out at hawkpride in July and just now ordered a new chromo outer. Attachments:

I think I'm gonna add to the stock cage next and put a set seats and harnesses in.

Gonna use them on the buggy unless I find something else. I want a set of BFG krawlers but they are way outbid the budget right now.

Chromo outer is in and now all four tires spin. But the serpentine belt walks forward in the crank pully as soon as I crank it up, not all the way, just about 2 grooves on the belt. Any ideas?

Hard to see the lower pullys before the crank but must be either crooked or not inline could be too far in or out

It's gotta be either the alt or ps pulleys are too far out or the bottom pulley is too far in, I'm leaning toward the top being out of align. But how would you adjust it in?

Don't forget you have the waterpump pully in there as well. If the crank turns clockwise then the pull side of the crank pully would be off the waterpump

But the water pump pulley runs on the smooth side I'm pretty sure, seems like it would have to be one of the grooved pulleys.

Is the belt running true on the water pump pully or on the edge. the power steering could be causing the belt to walk off the water pump pully witch caused it to walk off crank pully

It's walked forward on the WP pulley, I was assuming the PS pulley was causing it but how would you align it?
