OK update: So I took tire back off jeep and checked it front, back, top and bottom no leaks even with low and hi tire psi. so decided had to be them rim. Decided was going to swap tire onto my other rim and see how that did. When I broke down the tire to swap it on the other rim OMG the amount of crap in the bead no wonder it leaked by why I could not find the leak with a soap test I’m not sure must have had to do with tire deflection under load moral of the story if you have a slow leak and can’t find it break down your tire and look at the bead. Now have to wait and see if I’m correct will know by monday

That's it. Mine was completely flat. Took it shop and they cleaned all kind of crap out of it. Seals up fine now.

That happen to mine a while back after a run on the power lines. It is something how all that crap finds a way in.

all tire stores have this "Black Snot" that can be applied to bead area ........it will act as a VERY CHEAP beadlock. I put it on my NEW 36" SWAMPERS seven years ago an only run 12 psi when offroad and have (knocking on my wooden head ) never had a leak. just saying

Yeah, this stuff is good! Kinda like a can of RTV silicone. If you've got time to let it cure before airing the tire, it will even "patch" a nail hole. It's just called Bead Sealer and comes in a can like rubber cement with a brush made in the lid. www.techtirerepairs.com/catalog/ItemDetail.aspx?itemnum= 735 &salessubgroup=MC060

So far it looks like cleaning out the tire beads has solved my problem.
