I recommend doing shortbuses lift. Much more capable and stable and your jeep will love u for it. Longer springs are better than spacers. But a budget is a budget.
I'm liking the ProComp 2" lift, thanks Shortbus and Jperk. I'm asking,it states no shock boots? Do I need them and it mentions a stabilizer,do I need a new stabilizer as well? I have done many mechanical things but not on lifting a vehicle, mainly engine related components. New Titan head, Bosch 4 hole injectors, radiator, fan shroud, water pump on this vehicle so far. The price is not so bad, I'll have to put it on my wish list, thanks everybody.
Anybody going on a ride close to the Golden Triangle area in the near future? Anyone has any pictures from the Hawk Pride trip?
Not sure about shock boots but you really only need a stronger stabilizer when you increase tire size. But if yours is already pretty old it wouldn't hurt to put a new one on. We do need to plan a ride close to town sometime. I have a couple pictures but its only of my Jeep.
