If I was going to all that trouble I'd go chevy 5.3 and be done. I told heather the JKU will have a HEMI by the time Reed starts driving. Yeah.....but if I can get this cheap enough..... |

engine swap is a straight bolt in but will need the wiring harness and computer also basically everything is the engine compartment related to the engine Ummmm.....imma see what he'll take fir it. Who is gonna help, cause I know exactly SQUAT..... I can show you have to do it but we need a shop to do it in and how are you going to get around while we swap engines its not a weekend project. |

It could be......when I got my jeep, the engine was blown. We tore it apart Friday afternoon, and I was drivin it Saturday evenin. Best lay-ed plans of mice and men. I guarantee something will go south on a swap it always does. Just a matter of how big of a bump you hit |

Ok.....I just got all that was good off that jeep.....the carpet, and two piece center console. The carpet needs cleaned, but in tact and decent shape. The center console has a crack in the back, but it appears to be repairable. There was some other stuff that I wanted, but it was picked over long before I got there. I got what I really wanted though, and it was free.

The cushion is starting to come out of the driver's seat and is starting to get uncomfortable. The dash is black. Everything else is red. I took the carpet out after the second big rain into it. I had the carpet cleaned and put it up on a shelf. Been there ever since. |
