Insulator goes on top, where the antenna and mount meet correct?  see if this helps |

That's how I've got it. Just bought an SWR Tuner to try to calibrate. Will let ya know how it works. Thanks for the diagram!

Ok that's a no go too. Thinking I'm gonna go back and check all wiring etc for the 3rd time in a row.

if its high across the board antenna needs tuning or bad coax

Moved the insulator and got a firestick antenna so we could tune it. Works perfect now.

Mark what time do you get off of work? I can swing by the dealership if that makes it easier.
