This has been a great weekend. I did not get to take many pic's but I know a bunch were taken and some great video as well this thread should be fun to watch this week. thank you to everyone who had to pull winch cable for me.

It always makes me feel better to pull a winch for a rubicon anyways haha. This really was a awesome weekend.

Here's the pics of our almost bad rollover. Pictures don't justice, we are sitting sideways on the trail teetering on three wheels. To get an idea of how far leaned over we are look at the trees haha. And how much dirt we pushed up. We ended up getting jimmy to winch the rear end up hill so we could turn left and go back down without rolling over. What happened is we were going up a steep ledge of rock and when I cut the wheel left a bit to turn around a big rock.....we lost traction. When I touched the breaks the tires locked up and we slide for about 15 ft sideways bouncing on 2-3 tires until we settled here with the front end on the burm over a gully. If we woulda rolled.....we would still be rolling haha. We were about 100ft up a hill.   |
