This time next week hopefully I'll be riding with bikini top only and half doors. Maybe no doors. For now, for the daily commute I have half top and full doors. No doors all other times. Attachments:

What has been done? A lot. More than Dr. Phil could do in a year's time to born again repentant crack addict. It actually took almost a month and it's all excellent work by Cheezo. That man knows which end of a wrench to hold, let me tell you, and the in's and out's of the Jeep Wrangler. I highly recommend him to any of you that want something done! The obvious things done were: 1. Replace both bumpers with tubelar bumpers 2. Add a winch 3. Replace all springs with new factory standard springs 4. Implement a spring over lift. 5. New 32" tires 6. New black 15x8 steel wheels with D holes and a 3.75" offset (vs the factory standard 15x7 with 5.25" offset) What with the gain of going from springs that bent the wrong way to ones that bend the right way, and the SOA, I've gained 6-7" of lift. I about broke an ankle by forgetting that when I rolled out at Tractor Supply.... The not so obvious things done: 1. Full inspection looking for any issues 2. Sort out a transmission issue 3. Replace the parking brake assembly 4. New muffler (my wife's idea) 5. Remove the broken rear track rod 6. New front brake pads 7. New brake lines 8. Slip Yoke Eliminator 9. New drive shaft Seems like I'm forgetting something, but can't remember what. Before and after pictures follow. Oh, and the top will be off as soon as I can get it home. Stuck at work right now looking out the window at it.

WOW!!!!! 1000% better, Dave!!!!!!
This weekend I swapped out my spare tire carrier so I can now carry my matching spare tire, also added a 3rd brake light in the wheel center. And I finally changed out my speedometer gear so my speedometer now reads right. I think I need to pay a visit to Cheezo and let him go over my Jeep!!!

Although it's nothing compared to Dave's awesome yj... Very nice by the way.
My wife's battery took a crap, so I bought a yellow top for it. I've heard a lot of reviews lately about them not having the amazing quality that they once had since they are now made in mexico, but I bought one anyway. I still have to spend a little time to make it look better. I just kind of tossed it in there for the time being. I need to extend the cables about four inches. The big deciding factor was the 30% off coupon code that I got for Advance parts house. If anyone one needs some parts for them you can get 30% off if you buy online and pick it up in the store. The coupon code to enter in the cart is TRT30. I was able to get it for $174 and there was a promotion on optima's site for a free $109 battery charger with a purchase of an optima battery between 4-1-14 to 4-31-14. So it's about like buying a charger for $109 and a yellow top optima for $65. That's pretty much what decided it right there.
