Ok my front drive shaft went ount a year or two ago then motor. Got a new motor in it and now for the drive shaft. Over the weekend I had friend buy a drive shaft out of a 02 in bham . When I went to go get it does not have the yoke. I also picked up one from a 05 both 6 cyl and I have a 4. My question will either of these work with my jeep the one from 05 needs to be rebuilt and alot thinner then the shaft from 02 any input?

what size joints do they have 1310 1350 ? They make a cross over joint that has both these sizes in one joint if you'll be running a hybrid set up. some pics along with some measurements and spline counts will be very helpful in getting you up and running (over the 'puter) I'd be more help if I actually had them in my hands..........

Exactly I didnt know that when my buddy bought it. Now I do have a the other half on another shaft but came out of a 05 I didnt know if I could put the two together. The one from 2002 looks a lot thicker then the 05. Thank your for the input

6 cyl and 4 cyl drive shafts are different lengths. They use the same joints so the shafts can be lengthened or shortened to fit.
